Preventing Problems and
Setting Boundaries

In this session participants will understand their inventory of leadership skills and create a roadmap for improvement. Not all conflict is avoidable, however many problems can be prevented with good leadership.

Delegating and Building Trust
while Managing Change and Accountability

This segment emphasizes strategy and benefits of delegating effectively, as well as the reasons that people don’t. Participants will be more effective at managing change and encouraging staff to stay accountable.

Assertiveness and Confrontational Skills
to Create Conversations for Change

Participants will learn to how to exercise their authority, verbalize concerns, and positively influence the behaviors of those they lead by preparing an approach that is inviting and helps others feel safe to speak up about issues with the intention of finding solutions.

Conflict Resolution
and Mediating Team Conflict

This playful approach to conflict resolution will provide examples and opportunities for for participants to practice different approaches to conflict situations, and holding the types of conversations and negotiations that many people would rather bury.
