What’s Your Operating Plan?

It’s a brand new year, and I’ve just realigned my operating plan. What an inspiring piece of work! I’ve stayed connected to my plan throughout the year as a guiding light to show me the way, and how to spend my time so that I end up closer to my destinations (which is also a part of the operational plan).

In my experience working with organizations and individuals for leadership development, it’s common to find people operating without a plan, or, without a connection to the plan that they have created.

In an ever-changing world, having a plan and balancing the flexibility of being able to shift with the times has become a great asset to me.  I’ve created a system, and it continuously guides me forward with organized ideas, a schedule for implementation, and tracking. All of these elements combined result in traction.

If you think you don’t have time to plan, you need it more than you know.
