Virtual Training, Conflict Resolution and Meetings for your Remote Teams
There’s a graet way to build value in training, educating and helping your team dig into the best sandbox play possible – Virtual programming with these High Tech – High Touch learning strategies, focusing on leadership training for remote workers.
Connection, Conflict Resolution, Conversations and Collaboration are closer than you can imagine, and your team can co-create one massive, productive and profitable castle.
High Tech – High Touch Learning
For decades I’ve helped teams create rich relationships through authentic conversation, online learning strategies, and compassionate methods to help people develop their emotional quotient and their intellectual leadership capacity. Twenty-five years ago my company custom built one of the first online scientific case diagnosis services / member websites, where people could gather and learn asynchronously (on their own time) and since then I’ve worked with numerous groups to help them connect at levels deeper than on-the-surface transactions, to build passion and chemistry into their group dynamics. I call it High Tech – High Touch learning, and it’s the ideal season to bring your team to learn to PLAY NICE in this new Sandbox.
Long Lasting Value is my Absolute Promise

3-Month Group Coaching Program
(pre-requisite of having taken a previous program with Penny)
Old habits die hard. This group accountability program inspires participants to learn from and practice on each other. A 12 week continuous intake program supports previous participants with practical application of the PLAY NICE concepts through real work / life circumstances and problem solving.
• Weekly one hour segments offer 12 opportunities for participant centered learning.
• Participants determine their unique program goals and are supported to ensure accountability and success.
• Segments offer one new tip, and a group discussion followed by another individual goal set for the upcoming week.
Real learning takes place with authentic conversation, guidance, the co-creation of new commitments and the application of them. Team members who are included in the participation of training, facilitated conversations and co-create their systems, process and culture stay committed to reaching outcomes that benefit the whole organization.
Your events and meetings don’t have to wait until physical distancing restrictions are lifted. The world needs a strong foundation of leaders NOW; we can’t build a castle on quicksand. Trust the process and I assure you that when all is said and done, MORE IS DONE!
