Of all the success biographies that I read and listen to, one common denominator to maintaining a positive mental attitude is reading self-help books, listening to personal development programs, and maintaining some form of daily inspiration and motivation on a consistent basis.
The rules that govern a success plan are simple, yet not easy. They require you to take time to create a vision of who you are in your finest form, and decide what you want, and why. Once you have taken that step, you need to begin writing down your ideas and feelings—to capture them for your own review, and learn from success legends about how to make your dreams a reality. Success leaves clues, and you will find many of these in the content of personal and professional development literature.
