The manager of a dental office recently called for advice about her team. The financial aspect of the practice was great but the passion and
motivation of the team wasn’t there. This affected the quality of patient care and an increase of employee turnover.When we investigated further, she mentioned that they recently invested in a team-building trip out of the country. She was perplexed by what to do about the lack of motivation of some key team members. We suggested one day of consultation with the team, and with the information gathered would understand the real
issues affecting work atmosphere.
