Give to Yourself – So much extra goes into this season.  Extra planning, preparation, travel, finances etc, which can leave us feeling fatigued, stressed, pressed for time, and financially exhausted.  

In the spirit of Christmas, and the holidays that you choose to recognize, I am wishing you peace, joy and love.  Many people think I am in the business of conflict resolution, but the reality is that I’m in the business of peace.

Here’s a tip to ensure that you have more peace during this busy time of year. Put yourself first.

I invite you to remember to give to yourself first.  As I always say, giving and receiving are like both sides of your hand.  You can’t have one without the other and you’re not going to be able to give as much of yourself if you don’t receive, so please make time for you.  Slow down, be mindful and enjoy the season.   

I’m writing this because it is the greatest lesson that I too must learn at this time of year.  I am so very grateful for all of my readers who continue to inspire me to write and create videos.  I’m so grateful for my health and my children, my beautiful dog, my family, my friends, and of course for my spirituality which is my highest priority during the season and every single day.

I am wishing you all peace, joy and love…bigger and better than you could ever imagine.   I am so grateful for my team; my virtual assistant Monica Martin, my videographer Kyle Selle and my wealthy speaking coach Jane Atkinson who continue to help me show up to the world with my best foot forward.
