Penny Tremblay has served organizations for decades with corporate training, mediation, restorative workplace successes, keynotes, and related education. She has an Advanced Mediation certificate with Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and is the founder of the Tremblay Leadership Center, and the Sandbox System™ which helps work teams turn the high cost of conflict into peace, productivity and profit. Penny is passionate and impactful with a unique approach that includes interactive, relevant ‘edu-tainment’ which inspires better human relations at work and beyond.
