We recognize that it’s not easy to learn about ourselves and resolve conflict or have the difficult conversations that we need to move through to peace, and that authenticity and vulnerability are intimidating elements of our professional lives.

Life is fragile, and you never know when those you love may pass. We will miss our beloved Joy this season because she became quite masterful at unwrapping gifts. We put her to rest on December 9th, and her paw prints leave very deep impressions on us all.
