Everyone knows there are two sides to a story, and then there’s the third side, which I like to call “The Third Story.”

In the workplace, it can be challenging for leaders and employees to view conflict from a bird’ s-eye view, and that’s where mediation, often done by a neutral party, comes in.

A neutral third party—like a trained mediator (such as myself)—guides the conversation, ensuring both sides feel heard, respected, and empowered to find a mutually beneficial solution.
