The more technologically connected we are as a society, the more disconnected we are becoming as a human race. Staying connected and supportive is key

How do we stay apart but still stay connected? Although our physical environment has changed, our greatest needs have not. The need to…stay connected and feel understood.

Ask for what you need. Asking for what you need can be humbling, and yet you can co-create your best results with this humility. Asking is an invitation. Telling someone to do something is authoritarian. You won’t have authority over other people’s behavior; you can however influence them with kind words.

Fear breeds conflict, and amidst this global pandemic, we are all affected in some way or another; from denial to fear and everything in between. To offer my support to clients during these difficult times, I have set up online training, conflict resolution and coaching options, to guarantee current training budgets do not get wasted and that your downtime can be very productive.
