Are you your greatest coach, or greatest critic?

Conflict in the Workplace COVID Survey

This is a quick and simple idea.  Do you believe in your potential?  That is a key question.  Why would you be motivated to learn and grow if you don’t think you are worth the effort?  You must see yourself as a gemstone of potential, perhaps like a diamond in the rough, that only needs to be cut and polished with knowledge, experience and skills.

The most important thing is belief in yourself, that you can do something more than you’re already doing, and that you won’t let anything stop you.  You project on the outside what you feel about yourself on the inside, therefore the most valuable opinion you will ever have is the one in your own head.

By believing in yourself, you are your greatest coach.
